Cheaply made. Took forever to make a milkshake and still had clumps of ice cream in the shake. Definitely do not recommend. Amazon needs to remove this product from their web site.

Got this item for my father for Father's Day. He loved it!!! He has a milk shake everynight now. Now my kids want one!! The only thing I see wrong with it, there is no receipes for it. So you have to google them.

THOUGHT PLASTIC CUP WOULD BE A BIT HEAVIER FOR A MILK SHAKE MAKER... IT DOES NOT WORK AND IF YOU BUY THE ONE WITH PLASTIC CUP, THEN PAY FOR A CHROME CUP, U HAVE WASTED $$$.... WEST BEND SHOULD BE ASHAMED, PICTURE "LOOKS LIKE STEEL CUP"... I EVEN TRIED TO HOLD IT BUT IT STILL MAKES A HUGE MESS!! GOING TO RETURN AND PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE FOR GOOD ONE. THE HEAD OF THE APPLIANCE SHOULD STAY IN PLACE UP OR DOWN IT DOES NOT, ONLY DOWN... MUCH TO DIFFICULT TO USE, AND CERTAINLY NOT $$ WISE.
